Do I have to buy a sample pack?
No. Sample packs are optional. Order one to try the products in your shop, or skip straight to a full order if you already know what you want.

How much are samples and shipping?
Samples are $16 each. Shipping on samples is $15, or free when you order 4 or more samples.

What is the minimum order?
24 units per product, in multiples of 24. Mix and match across the range. Volume pricing is based on your total units, with Blank and Custom Label tiered separately, and applies automatically in your cart.

Can I still stock other brands?
Yes. Some clients choose to sell only their own products, but you can stock other brands alongside your Barber Blanks range if that works for your shop.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. Email us at info@barberblanks.com and we can organise a phone call.

When will my order ship?
Blank orders are packed and dispatched once your order has been processed. Custom Label orders go into production once you approve your label design. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Will there be issues with out-of-stock products?
We keep a base inventory to minimise disruptions and ensure products are ready to ship.

Will the product quality stay consistent?
Yes. With over ten years in the cosmetics and haircare industry, we use only premium raw materials and packaging. Consistent quality is our priority.

Where are your products made?
All products are formulated and made in Australia.

Are your products vegan-friendly and cruelty-free?
Yes. All products are 100 percent vegan and cruelty-free.

Will you release more products?
Yes. New products are guided by feedback from our barber community. We only release products that meet the needs of shops like yours.

Will you offer different packaging?Yes. We are exploring recycled plastics, aluminium, and glass packaging. Updates will be announced as they become available.

Can I customise my label design?
Yes. We provide a blank label template for your designer, as well as a Canva template if you’d prefer to create the design yourself. If you place a Custom Label order, our design team can also create the labels for you using your branding.

Who prints my labels?
For blank product orders, we partner with PRINTDASH, where you can order your labels using our supplied template and apply them yourself. For Custom Label orders, our factory handles the printing and application of all labels before your products are shipped.

What information needs to be included on my labels?
Our templates already include the required product and compliance information. You can customise the remaining design elements to suit your brand.

Do I need my own barcodes?
You only need a barcode if you plan to scan your products through a retail POS system. In that case, you can obtain barcodes through GS1 Australia. Otherwise, a barcode is not required.

Do you apply labels for me?
For blank product orders, you order and apply your own labels. For Custom Label orders, our factory prints and applies the labels for you, so your products arrive ready to sell.

Can I place a bulk order?
Yes. We accept bulk orders starting at 500 units per product.

Can I customise the fragrance?
Yes. Available for orders of 2,500 units or more per product.

Can I customise the packaging?
Yes. Available for orders of 2,500 units or more per product.

Can I create my own product formulas?
Yes. Custom formulas are available for orders of 5,000 units or more per product.
