Can I still stock other brands?
Of course! While some of our clients love going all-in on their own brand, we get it—we don’t make everything under the sun. (For good reason)

Can I change my subscription?
Absolutely! You can update your shipping address, billing details, and frequency or swap out the items and quantities in your subscription—just make sure to make any changes before your order ships.

Can I cancel my subscription?
No worries! If your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription anytime via your customer portal.

Can I place an order over the phone?
We’re an online-only service, so all orders need to be placed through our website.

When will my order ship?
Your order will usually ship within 1–2 business days after your subscription starts. From there, it'll ship monthly or bi-monthly, depending on your plan. We’ll send you an email once your order is on its way!

Will there be issues with out-of-stock products?
We aim to keep everything in stock and ready to ship. We maintain a base inventory level to minimise any disruptions.

Will the product quality stay consistent?
Absolutely! With over 15 years in the cosmetics and haircare industry, we only use top-quality raw materials and premium packaging. Quality is key!

Where are your products made?
All our products are proudly formulated and made in Australia.

Are your products vegan-friendly and cruelty-free?
100% yes! All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free

Will you release more products?
Absolutely! We have a huge range of world class formulas in our war chest, but our new product releases are guided by the needs and feedback of our barber community. We’ll only introduce new products when they align with what our barbershops are asking for.

Will you offer different packaging?
Absolutely, we will! We’re exploring recycled plastics, aluminium, and glass packaging, so stay tuned for some exciting updates soon.

Can I customise my label design?
Definitely! We provide a blank template for your designer, or if you want to keep it simple, our Canva template lets you drag and drop your logo into place.

Who prints my labels?
We’ve partnered with PRINTDASH Once you place your order, you’ll get a digital label template in your order confirmation that you can download and customise. PRINTDASH offers a fixed-price print service for all BB clients, with no setup fees and a 48-hour turnaround time after receiving your artwork. Alternatively, you can take the template to your local printer.

What information needs to be included on my labels?
Don’t worry—we’ve made it easy by providing a template that includes all the required legal info. You can tweak the design to match your brand’s unique style.

Do I need my own barcodes?
If you're scanning your products at retail, you’ll need to provide your own barcodes (you can get them from GS1 Australia). If you're not scanning, no barcode needed.

Do you apply labels for me?
We supply the products; You apply your own labels.

Can I place a bulk order?
Of course! We accept bulk orders starting at 5,000 units per product.

Can I customise the fragrance?
Yes, you can! Fragrance customisation is available for orders of 5,000 units or more per product.

Can I customise the packaging?
Yes, you can! Packaging customisation is available for orders of 5,000 units or more per product.

Can I create my own product formulas?
Yes, you can! Custom formulas are available with a minimum order of 5,000 units per product.
