Ordering & Subscription Management

Do I have to buy a sample pack?
No. Sample packs are optional. Order one to try the products in your shop, or skip straight to a full order if you already know what you want.

Why is there an order limit?
Our subscription service is designed for barbershops. If you are a brand looking to place a larger order, get in touch at info@barberblanks.com and we will help you.

Can I still stock other brands?
Yes. Some clients choose to sell only their own products, but you can stock other brands alongside your Barber Blanks range if that works for your shop.

Can I change my subscription?
Yes. You can update your shipping address, billing details, frequency, and product quantities at any time. Just make changes before your next order ships.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription anytime through your customer portal.

Can I place an order over the phone?
No. We are an online-only service, so all orders must be placed through our website.

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within one to two business days after your subscription starts. After that, they will ship monthly or bi-monthly depending on your plan. You will receive an email once your order is on its way.

We keep a base inventory to minimise disruptions and ensure products are ready to ship.

Where are your products made?
All products are formulated and made in Australia.

Are your products vegan-friendly and cruelty-free?
Yes. All products are 100 percent vegan and cruelty-free.

Will you release more products?
Yes. New products are guided by feedback from our barber community. We only release products that meet the needs of shops like yours.

Will you offer different packaging?Yes. We are exploring recycled plastics, aluminium, and glass packaging. Updates will be announced as they become available.

Customisation and Labelling

Can I customise my label design?
Yes. We provide a blank template for your designer, or a Canva template you can use to drag and drop your logo.

Who prints my labels?
For blank products, you print your own labels using our template, either through our partner PRINTDASH or a local printer. PRINTDASH offers a fixed-price service with no setup fees and a 48-hour turnaround after receiving your artwork.

What information needs to be included on my labels?
The template includes all required legal information. You can customise the design to match your brand.

Do I need my own barcodes?
If you scan products at retail, you will need your own barcodes from GS1 Australia. If not, no barcode is required.

Do you apply labels for me?
For blank products, you apply your own labels. For All Inclusive products, we handle the design, printing, and application. All you need to do is supply your finished artwork.
